Fairhall Estate was built around the turn of the century, and has been completely refurbished in early 2000 to its present modern accommodation.

The Estate incorporates 2.4 hectares of gardens, olive groves, an apple orchard, and is surrounded by vineyards.

The Hawkes Bay accommodation is ideally located in the heart of the the area, offering easy access to the Art deco city of Napier, vineyards, beaches, the gannet colony of Cape Kidnappers and Te Mata Peak.

The accommodation has three ensuite guestrooms, each superbly appointed with modern fittings and reflecting the features of a local vineyard in its décor including a message of welcome from the winemaker.

The Ngatarawa Lounge

The lounge is exclusively for the use of guests and has comfortable couches, a selection of magazines, books, board games, television and CD/DVD player and if it's a little chilly a welcoming log burning fire.

A substantial continental breakfast is served in here or you are welcome to take it outside beside the sweetly scented lemon tree.

For a small additional charge, guests are able to use the computer with broadband internet access.

On the walls you'll find many wine-related pictures and prints - there's even a letter of welcome from Alwyn Corban of Ngatarawa offering guests at Fairhall a 10% discount at the cellar door.

Trinity Hill Room

Trinity Hill is the largest room and has a super-king or twin beds. The crisp, white bed linen is 100% cotton with cosy duvet and choice of pillows ensure blissful sleep.

The décor imitates the modern structure of the winery - mirrors, concrete and glass whilst the furnishings provide softness and comfort. On the walls you'll find many wine related items including tasting notes and a letter of welcome from John Hancock of Trinity Hill inviting you to visit the winery.

The en-suite has a powerful shower, china hand basin and toilet, plenty of towels on the heated rail, large mirror, hair dryer, shaver point, Casa Lavanda toiletries and cuddly bathrobes. There's also plenty of space for your personal toiletries.

Just through your private outside door is a water feature and seating area where you can relax overlooking the gardens and enjoy the views of the neighbouring vineyards whilst sipping your complimentary glass of wine.

Clearview Estate Suite

The Clearview Estate suite offers you complete privacy (if you want it) and has been decorated to replicate the warmth of the winery and restaurant with lots of wood and warms colours.

The sitting room has comfortable armchairs, magazines, a television and video player. The French windows open on to a shaded deck from where you can just sit and relax and admire the view over the gardens to the neighbouring vineyards.

On the walls are images of the Clearview winery and restaurant, together with a letter of welcome from the owners.

The separate bedroom has a queen size bed with 100% cotton linen, cosy duvet and a choice of pillows for you to snuggle down in. The en-suite has a wet room shower, quality china fittings, large mirror, and lots of towels on the heated rail, cuddly bathrobes, complimentary Casa Lavanda toiletries, hair dryer and shaver point and plenty of shelving for your personal things.

Brookfields Vineyards Room

The Brookfields room has that sophisticated air that comes with the Vineyards iconic status. The cool grey and black furnishings are warmed with hints of gold whilst the fragrance of fresh flowers stimulates your senses.

The queen-sized bed with 100% cotton linen, cosy duvet and a choice of pillows will ensure a wonderful night's sleep.

The en-suite is truly huge with powerful shower, quality china fitting, plenty of towels on the heated rail, cuddly bathrobes, hair dryer, shaver point and those luxurious Casa Lavanda toiletries are all here and there's lots of space for your personal bits and pieces too. As the big window is tinted you can enjoy the views without being observed.

Enjoy your complimentary glass of wine on your deck and drink in the sweet perfume of the lemon tree as you gaze out over the olive grove.
